This Privacy Policy explains how Labgramm (“Labgramm”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information on our website labgramm.com and in the Labgramm client portal at client.labgramm.com (the “Portal”), including information we receive from Google APIs.

1. Who we are

Labgramm is a performance marketing agency that plans and manages advertising campaigns (including Google Ads and Meta Ads) for its clients. The Portal is our internal tool where our team and our clients work on client projects: briefs, reports, analytics and advertising plans. Contact: team@labgramm.com.

2. Information we collect

Website visitors. Information you submit through our contact forms or our Telegram bot (for example, your name, email address, phone number and message), and usage data collected by cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location).

Portal users. Account details (name, email address, role) and activity within the Portal that we need to provide the service and keep it secure.

Client advertising and analytics data. When a client works with us and grants access, the Portal reads data from the client’s advertising and analytics accounts, as described in section 3.

3. Information we receive from Google APIs

Google Ads API. Client Google Ads accounts are linked to the Labgramm manager account with the account owner’s authorization. The Portal reads campaign structure and performance data (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, budgets, conversions and spend) and keyword planning data (keyword ideas, search volume, competition and bid ranges). We use this data only to prepare reports, analysis, recommendations and keyword plans for that client.

Google Analytics Data API. Read-only access to Google Analytics 4 properties that the client has shared with our service account. We use it only to show that client traffic, conversion and landing-page reports.

We use read-only access wherever it is available. The Portal does not create Google Ads accounts, manage account users or change billing settings.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Labgramm’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising or for purposes unrelated to the services we provide to the client, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide our marketing services and Portal features to our clients; to prepare reports, analysis, recommendations and keyword plans; to respond to inquiries and communicate with clients; to keep the website and Portal secure and working; and to meet legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• with service providers that host or process data on our behalf to run the Portal — cloud hosting and database providers, messaging services used to deliver reports to chats chosen by the client, and AI model providers used to generate analysis inside the Portal. They may process data only to provide their services to us;

• within a client project: each client sees only the data of its own projects, and our team members see only the projects they are assigned to;

• when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

7. Data retention

We keep client data while we provide services to the client and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain reporting history. A client may ask us to delete its data at any time. Generated creative files are deleted automatically after 90 days. Website form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep business records.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the Portal requires an individual account, and access to each project is restricted at the database level. Credentials for Google and other APIs are stored only on our servers and are never exposed to the browser.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw consent by contacting us at team@labgramm.com. A client can revoke our access at any time by unlinking its Google Ads account from the Labgramm manager account, removing our service account from its Google Analytics property, or through the permissions page of its Google Account.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some website features may then work differently.

11. Children

Our website and Portal are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
